ESTIMATE

Prompt volumes are estimates based on a typical business request of roughly a page of input and a few paragraphs out. A prompt with a long document attached costs more; a one-line question costs less. We monitor your usage and will tell you if you are on the wrong plan.

Want no monthly fee at all? These plans run on a hosted model, so your prompts leave your building and you pay every month. The Albatross appliance is the other route — the AI runs on hardware you own, nothing leaves your network, and there is no monthly fee at all. It costs more up front and pays for itself against a subscription in a couple of years.

How booking works

Choose a slot that suits you and pay the £500 fee at the point of booking. The slot is held the moment payment clears.

You get confirmation

A calendar invite and a payment receipt arrive straight away, with the date, the time and who is coming.

We come to you and install it

Your expert arrives, installs the AI harness across your business, and works through your real jobs rather than a demo. They stay until it runs.

Your team can use it

We do not leave until someone in your business can run it without us. You keep everything we install, and there is nothing to renew.

Before you book

01Call before you book if you have any questions

Booking takes the £500 payment up front, so we would rather talk to you first than take money for a visit that was not right for you. Tap "show phone number" above and call us between 8am – 8pm — ask us anything, there is no script.

02What you are buying

A working AI setup, not a block of hours. Your expert stays for as long as that visit takes — we do not watch the clock and we do not leave you with something half-installed. Tell us honestly how many people and systems are involved when you book, and the fee is the fee.

03Rescheduling and cancellations

Reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the visit using the link in your confirmation email. Cancel more than 48 hours before and we refund in full. Inside 48 hours the fee covers the reserved time and is non-refundable, because the slot can no longer be filled.

04Where we cover

The whole of the UK. Travel is included in the fee wherever you are — England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. There is no surcharge for being a long way from us.

05What we need from you

Someone on site who can approve software being installed, access to the machines involved, and a working internet connection. That is it.

06How this differs from Albatross onboarding

This visit sets AI up on the computers you already own. The £1,000 onboarding is a different thing — it comes with an Albatross appliance and covers installing that hardware, connecting it to your network and indexing your document share. Plenty of businesses start with a visit and buy an appliance later.

07What is not included

Bespoke software written from scratch, hardware, and any third-party subscription or licence the tools themselves charge for. If something you want falls outside the visit we will say so before you pay, not after.
